Account details (name, phone number, password if used, email if provided); a phone verification code; precise or approximate location while you use the app; trip details, in-app messages and ratings; driver vehicle and verification documents; a device notification identifier if you allow alerts; and limited security records.
Location is required to request a ride, show nearby drivers, and follow the trip route. We do not use location for advertising. You may disable it in device settings; some features will then be unavailable.
We use data to run the ride service, match riders and drivers, calculate fares, provide support, send trip alerts, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party ads. We share only what is needed with the other party during an active trip, with service providers who help us operate the platform, and with authorities if required by law. Phone numbers are shown only during an active trip.
We keep data while your account is active or as required by law. You may request access, correction, or account deletion in the app or via the website. We may verify your identity first. The service is not directed to children under 13.
